Develop formal qualification testing methodology and procedures for OFP (weapon delivery mission computer and display processor) as well as avionics system integration - both dynamic and static.

F-16 IFAST Support

Laboratory simulation, tools, and maintenance developed in C for Silicon Graphics platform in conjunction with Eidetics Corporation.

Avionics Consulting - Laboratory design and implementation; avionics system conceptual design; system engineering methodology and approach for formal testing.

Provided technical direction for simulation architecture and infrastructure development. Provided MIL-STD-1553B data bus expertise for systems, simulation, modeling, and integration/test. Knowledge acquisition and simulation modeling (C/UNIX) of line replaceable units (LRU) for DS-1 ACS implementation.

Precision Autonomous Navigation and Orbit Control Kit. Embedded software development, multi-satellite implementation of Ground Based Simulator (GBS), documentation, and program management.

Kalman Filter for Orbit Maintenance (15,000 Ada LOC) resident in RH3000 32 bit processor (TRW Lewis Spacecraft).

MANS (25,000 Ada LOC) GVSC resident OFP on Honeywell MIL-STD-1750A, as well as on-orbit support of OFP performance. Provided software development support as well as technical and program management. MANS Ground Based Simulator (GBS) (85,000 Ada LOC).

 

General Programs

RFNet AeroTelemetry, Inc.

Designed and developed RF remote data collection devices for use with environmental sensors and web based (JAVA) data presentation. Created 8-bit protocol to meet RF requirements using simple chip.

HRP Wireless Data Collection

Extended 8-bit protocol to include bi-directional communications - developed design and layout for single board implementation.

HRP UAV

Developed business plan for $2.5 million to create UAV prototype for international science and survey. R & D efforts to develop the ground-based prototype of a generic UAV avionics suite (meets all FAA circular advisories for UAVs) is on-going.
